Imagination

Imagination is a world-leading communication agency, a global concern with full service offices on four continents. What they do is expressed in a single word: communication. No matter the channel or the audience, they conceive, develop and deliver communication that has relevance, immediacy and clarity, to connect client with consumer.

Imagination had a huge collection of photos taken at events that they organised. This collection was not easily accessible or searchable as it was all held within folders on the server. They identified Gallery2 as the right opensource PHP tool to store, tag and view the photos. We helped Imagination build an import tool that scans through thousand's of photos held within the folder system and move it to the web based system. Each photo is automatically tagged with information about the location where it is shot and other metadata.
