6Consulting provide a range of social media monitoring professional services. They offer a comprehensive service starting with consultancy and process mapping, implementation planning, insight reporting and social network analysis, to social media contact centre services and a range of advanced training programmes.

6Consulting work with huge amounts of data. The backend system they use monitor the web will pick up any and all references to their clients. The initial project we were commissioned on helps their internal staff tag these web references with demographics, sentiment data and other relevant information. The final system communicates with their existing backend system via secure APIs, supports foreign languages and accommodates huge amount of tagging data running into hundreds of thousands of records.
